In the age of AI, public speaking is necessary to build trust.
It’s not enough to look good on paper anymore. Anyone can do that with a crafty prompt.
So people who’d want to work with you need to experience you in your element, before they feel connected and trust your expertise.
YOU are the real deal, and you’d love to easily convey that to others, but instead:
Anxiety sets in. Your heart pounds. Your hands shake.
You worry, "What if I mess up?
What if I go blank?
What if it seems like I don't know what I'm talking about?”
You want to be excited about new opportunities, not sweaty and dying inside.
It’s time to handle those speaking nerves so they don’t keep you from the impact, income, and opportunities you deserve.
Whether you are a business owner hoping to get more clients & sales, or a corporate professional looking to get hired & promoted - you can build the public speaking confidence that will get you there.
Because Confidence isn't some magical quality you’re born with. Confidence is a muscle.
Which means you can strengthen it.
You just need the right tools.
And the right guide.
That’s where I come in.

I was a top Hollywood audition coach for over a decade, helping clients give their best performance in rooms with life-changing, career-making stakes.
That particular set of skills makes me uniquely effective at bringing out your best performance whether it’s a speech, an interview, or a pivotal meeting.

I’ve always been a student of human behavior and endlessly fascinated with how our brain works. It came in handy working with actors to create authentic behaviour in situations that don’t elicit that response naturally. Just like creating authentic confidence in a situation that usually elicits anxiety.
Then I had my own crisis of confidence when burnout hit me HARD in 2023. Learning neuroscience tools to rebuild my capacity, ability, and confidence was a huge part of recovery. It helped me so much that I kept thinking, “this could be a game changer for my clients!”
So I embraced my inner nerd and got certified in applied neuroscience!
The audition technique + neuroscience combo makes me uniquely positioned to relieve those nerves and help you tap into your full potential when speaking on the stage, the zoom room, or the boardroom.
That means showing up feeling:

The world will be a better place when good people who really know their stuff, like YOU, get the promotions, opportunities, and breakthroughs that public speaking provides.
That’s why you can’t keep your brilliance hidden where no one can see it. You owe it to yourself (and the rest of us) to step into the spotlight.
I know tackling public speaking can be a Scary Hard Thing, but I got you. And I’m really good at making this SHT way less SHT-y.

Anything that requires you to be in the spotlight for your work: Presentations, keynote speeches, pitching, interviews, talks, hosting, teaching classes/workshops, etc. Even becoming more visible on video for social media.
There’s nothing I hate more than people who pretend to be experts when they’re not, so I promise that if your needs don’t match what I offer I will let you know and try to refer you to someone else.
This is where neuroscience comes in! The tools have been studied extensively and proven effective. My approach leverages how the human brain is already wired, so this will be effective for you because we’re working with your brain, not against it.
While I’m not a therapist, my neuroscience based approach has been highly effective for clients with major stage fright. I would recommend my 6-month 1:1 program, because while you can definitely conquer severe anxiety, it will take more time.
The depth of your nerves only changes the amount of time required to see results (less nerves = less time needed). Any level of nerves that is keeping you from your full potential is worth working through, because the impact on your success will compound.
You’re the expert on the WHAT, I’m here to help you with the HOW.
I will make script adjustments on structure that will increase audience engagement and make sure it flows to allow for best delivery, but you’re the subject matter expert – you need to write your material.
Most of my 1:1 work happens over zoom, so we can both be anywhere in the world!
The exception is a VIP day which gives you the option of meeting in-person in Los Angeles.
You'll definitely see improvement, but I can't guarantee a specific outcome (anyone who guarantees specific results for this type of work should be treated with caution).
Every person is different, so results may vary depending on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.
